Sonos has no Twitch app, but since Twitch plays in your browser you can send its audio to Sonos with the free Cast to Sonos Chrome extension, and it keeps the audio in sync with the video automatically.
What you'll need

Frequently asked questions
Will the audio stay in sync with the video?
Yes. Sonos adds a small buffering delay, but Cast to Sonos automatically measures it and syncs the video to match, so the stream and audio stay lined up while you watch.
Does it work with live streams and VODs?
Both. Whether you're watching a live channel or a past broadcast, Cast to Sonos streams whatever audio is playing in the Twitch tab.
Can I still read and type in chat?
Yes. You use Twitch exactly as normal in its tab, chat, follow, and switch channels, while the audio plays on your Sonos speakers.
Is Cast to Sonos free?
Yes. The free tier streams in mono with no account required. Premium unlocks HD stereo audio and multi-room groups.
